Unfortunately we didn't sell through New Oak estates but we really wished we had. They were brilliant throughout our whole buying process, from being taken around the property right up to completion. Sharon you were brilliant, thank you so much for all your help, even with the 'not so good news' of being pushed back on completing.

We purchased a property through New Oak Estates and both Paul and Sharon impressed that much, when I put my property up for sale I didn’t think about going to anybody else. Absolutely fantastic service, highly recommended. Paul did a fantastic job of marketing our house - we didn’t realise how just how fab our house was or how much more it was worth - from the excellent description and very professional photos we could see why it was attractive to buyers. Paul and Sharon’s honest advice is refreshing, nothing is too much trouble, they’re very approachable and always contactable. I cannot recommend Paul at New Oak Estates enough! He helped us through what was a traumatic time selling my parents home through illness. He provided an amazing personal service and was always available to help and update. We had viewings booked within a couple of hours of the House going on the market and sold it within 4 days. Some of the larger more well known local companies really should receive training on customer service and professionalism from Paul. He is streets ahead! Highly recommended

Both Paul and Sharron are an asset to their industry. always at the other end of the phone when needed, if things need changing or chasing their on it straight away and very fast at getting viewing for your property I actually can't recommend them enough.

Sharon and Paul have been amazing from start to finish. I have never had to call for feedback as they have already beat me to it. They make it so easy to try and sell going over and beyond.
