Hi I'm Paul, the founder and director of New Oak Estates and I started my Estate Agency Career at the sprightly age of 25.

I had worked for some fairly large Estate Agency Businesses for over 18 years gathering valuable industry experience and knowledge, but no matter how hard I tried, I could never get the management to understand the importance of "doing right by the customer".

It seemed obvious to me - do things right, treat people in the way that you would like to be treated and exceed expectations when possible.

So in 2017, I was 43 years old and with the love and support of my wife Zoe and our two young boys Joseph and Isaac, I took the very brave leap of faith, hoping that I might just possibly be right.

New Oak Estates was born on my dining room table and over the years our team has grown, our premises have changed, we have collected fabulous customer reviews, won numerous accolades for Marketing, Results and Service Standards, but our aim remains the same - "To Do Right, By The Customer"

We are a team of like minded, local people who love dealing with property and assisting people with buying or selling what is likely to be their biggest and most valuable asset.
