Try to step back and look at your house objectively - consider if areas can be improved with a quick coat of paint. Don’t go overboard though – you’re just freshening up!

Buyers will often drive past a property and rate it’s curb appeal before they express any interest. It’s also the first impression of the home when they arrive for a viewing.
